Evoke owners and photographers Mark Gawthorne,
Lucy Phillips, and Photographer Emma Richarson
have over 13 years experience photographing weddings
between them, photographing on average 70 weddings
a year.
We only take on one wedding each per day. to ensure
you have our full attention and commitment for the
duration of you wedding. Our style of photography is creative and informal,
rather than just snapping random photos as many
"reportage" photographers would, we listen to your
ideas, and tailor our services to suit you. To
create a beautiful, story telling record of your
day in a mixture of colour and black & white prints.
Our skills as wedding photographers with a difference
are complimented by the other work we undertake, such
as fine art, fashion, and editorial, all combined
to provide you with a stunning and artistic record
of your big day. And a finished album like no other
photographers could.
We are all fun, friendly, work quickly and join in
with the feel of the day. We listen to your ideas,
and use our skills to provide you with exactly what
you envisaged.
In the last 2 years Evoke work has appeared in
amongst others The Times, Telegraph, TES, Cosmo-Girl,
OK, Mail on Sunday, Daily Express, and on Channel 4, Five Live
and BBC T.V and have won awards from the BIPP for
